Who We Are
S.W.I.M. is a rapidly growing non-profit, incorporated religious organization offering a variety of services for women in ministry, including regional support groups, general gatherings, teaching retreats, mentoring opportunities, ordination and licensing, S.W.I.M. Nation Calls via Zoom, and a private S.W.I.M. Connect Facebook group.
What We Do
S.W.I.M. International exists to support women in ministry, whether in church leadership or outside the local church. In every ministry, genuine encouragement and prayer support are needed.

S.W.I.M. International affirmed my call to ministry and ordained me in 2022. The women are so supportive of each other, and they truly invest in their sisters through prayer and care. I wasn't brought up in a Godly home. I wasn't taught the ways of God. But God saved me and called me to ministry. When I told my Pastors what I'd heard, they told me I must have misunderstood. For years, I lived within this restricted view. I learned, served, taught, and preached. Then, a friend invited me to a S.W.I.M. retreat. I met wonderful, anointed, praying women. God rekindled and affirmed the call to ministry. The women of S.W.I.M. have mentored me in leadership. I was ordained through S.W.I.M. in 2017 and invited to serve on the S.W.I.M. Board. It has been such a rich blessing to be a part of S.W.I.M.

S.W.I.M. is a great women’s organization. They provide an amazing support system for women in ministry through daily devotionals, retreats, intercessory prayer, ordination, and licensing. I have personally experienced support from S.W.I.M. and have formed beautiful friendships. I have also received much prayer and intercession, encouragement, and appreciation for my ministry and the work I do in Mexico. I am grateful to know that when I have a prayer request, an email goes out to the intercessors for immediate attention.
